Baron Gemmer

Baron Gemmer is the Managing Partner of Innovative Corporate Solutions. Mr. Gemmer has extensive experience in the development of enterprise-wide document management and insurance systems. He has led and worked very closely with project teams to provide coaching and assistance in successful implementation of these business systems. Additionally, Mr. Gemmer holds leadership positions in AIIM and has been the recipient of industry awards and an invited speaker to seminars and conferences.

William Burke

William Burke is a partner in Innovative Corporate Solutions. Mr. Burke has extensive leadership experience in both business and technology disciplines. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of managing image-enabled and technology-enabled organizations. He has led a corporation in business process redesign and has a significant history of developing and implementing cost effective and business efficient ideas, programs, and technologies. Additionally, Mr. Burke is a Certified System Professional, a faculty member of both Wilmington College (located in Delaware) and Salisbury State University (located in Maryland), and an invited speaker to the Fortune CIO conferences.
